How do I get my account verified?
We verify each new advertising account to protect the security and integrity of Accommodation for Students.
Once you have created your advertising account on Accommodation for Students we will need to verify your details. This is to ensure we protect students and ensure only genuine landlords are able to advertise.
Working days
Once you have created your account a member of our team will call you, usually within an hour after you create your account, to verify your identity as a landlord and answer any questions you might have
Out of hours
Please note that verification calls are only made Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. We do not verify accounts over the weekend.
