Some student accommodation does have wi-fi included within the rent. Where wi-fi is included within the rent it will normally show this on the property advertisement.
Bills included
You can see which bills are included on the property details - look for the 'bills included' icon on the details. below the icon you will see which bills are included.

You can also see further down the property listing which bills are included
If having wi-fi included in the rent is important to you, use the search filters to search for properties that include wi-fi in the rent. An example of this search is show below
This search will bring back results for properties which include wi-fi in the price. It is important to double check when you sign the contract that wi-fi is included.
